Forged Connecting Rod
The connecting rod is a core component of an automobile engine, and its force transmission effect, quality, and lifespan directly impact the performance and quality of the vehicle. Therefore, it has high requirements for strength, toughness, fatigue strength, and weight.
To produce high-quality forged connecting rods, our technical team has abandoned conventional die forging processes in favor of precision forging processes for various connecting rods. We have successfully developed over 20 types of connecting rod components for domestic and international manufacturers, using materials such as 42CrMo, 35CrMo, C45, and C70S6.To ensure smooth engine operation and reduce engine energy consumption and noise, our connecting rod weight tolerance does not exceed 3%. This characteristic ensures smooth engine operation and reduces energy consumption and noise.
Our Advantages
Based on the material transfer process and the forging process characteristics during production, the material transfer on our automated forging production line is accomplished by multi-joint industrial robots. The selected equipment is equipped with digital systems and online monitoring devices. Key intelligent components include automatic loading and unloading, workpiece posture visual recognition, balanced flexible production, and the ability to perform online fault diagnosis and intelligent processing for typical crankshaft product forging. Additionally, the MES system enables management and monitoring of the forging production, including capacity statistics, logistics management, cost statistics, production progress, and production quality.
