The traditional method involves open die forging to create a blank, which is then machined to produce the required bevel gear. We utilize a more advanced near-net-shape forming process to manufacture bevel gears, which not only improves material utilization and production efficiency but also enhances the microstructure and performance of the forged parts. During the forging process, coarse grains and impurities are compressed into metal flow lines aligned with the direction of deformation, significantly improving the quality of spiral bevel gears. Bevel gears produced using near-net-shape forming technology greatly ensure dimensional accuracy, allowing for minimal machining or even no cutting at all in subsequent processes to meet usage requirements.
